For providing Pin Chat we have to collect following data from you.

• Profile information like username, fullname and profile picture.
• Device information like device type and model, language & country settings.
• Usage like navigating information, login date.

Sensitive data collection

When you share content with friends, we have to store the content on our servers. Following content can be shared.

• media like photos or any other shared media with friends.

All sensitive data is only collected for the use of this app and is not shared with any other third party organization. Your sensitive data is all the time protected from any unauthorized access.

The rights to shared media

By using this app, you agree that PinChat may make changes to your shared media (such as photos) and you hereby relinquish all copyright. Changes made by PinChat include cropping photos or applying a blur filter. All manipulations are done automatically by the PinChat application and your media will not be given to any unauthorized third party.

Permissions

Pin Chat needs following permissions from you to use this app for all needed features. Only the absolutely necessary permissions are requested.

• Internet is needed to communicate with your friends and receive data. Please make sure that Pin Chat is not liable for any costs resulting from the use of the internet.
• Storage is needed to share media from your phone's storage.
• Camera is needed to capture pictures to share with friends.

Who can use Pin Chat

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

What you can't do

• You can't impersonate others
• You can't do anything unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent or for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You can't violate (or help or encourage others to violate) these Terms or our policies
• You can't do anything to interfere with or impair the intended operation of the Service. This includes creating accounts or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission.
• You can't post private or confidential information or do anything that violates someone else's rights, including intellectual property.

If you violate these guidelines, Pin Chat may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
